Q: Where are you from?
A: Vergennes, Vermont
Q: How/when did you start working in restaurants?
A: Worked as a dishwasher/pizza cook when I was 15. Moved to Keene New Hampshire for college and fell in love with the fine dining industry. Moved to Portland in 2012 where I attended Oregon Culinary Institute. After which I started working at The Veritable Quandary which eventually closed and reopened as Q Restaurant and Bar in downtown Portland. Worked there for 9 years up until I started with Sesame Collective.
Q: What’s your favorite food?
A: Breakfast. If I could I would order a little bit of everything, biscuits and gravy, French toast, sausage, an omelette, all of it.
Q: If we went to Happy Hour what would you order?
A: A Hazy IPA and something fried.
Q: What's your favorite travel destination?
A: In 2017 I spent two months traveling Europe. My favorite stops along the way were Porto Portugal, Barcelona Spain and The Netherlands.

Q: Where are you from?
A: Corte Madera, California
Q: How/when did you start working in restaurants?
A: When I was 15 I had an amazing opportunity to work in a world-renowned kitchen in San Francisco on Fishermans Wharf. I ended up only working there for one day and decided to pursue other interests, only to dwell on what could have been over the years that followed. I finally decided to attend Oregon Culinary Institue in 2016 to find out what the culinary world had to offer and haven't looked back. After graduating I worked at the Hotel Deluxe in Portland for 3 years which serves a restaurant and lounge, then moved over to Sesame Collectives Shalom Y'all for nearly 4 years.
Q: What did you want to be when you grew up?
A: Astronaut or something in astrophysics.
Q: Do you have a favorite hobby?
A: Monday night gaming with the boys .
Q: If we went to Happy Hour what would you order?
A: A shot of whiskey, a beer and a few things off the food menu.

A: A negroni. Unless it’s a little more divey and then my standard is a whiskey ginger.Q: What’s something you’re surprisingly good at?
A: Pokémon gamesQ: Who is someone you admire and why?
A: Anthony Bourdain for his openness and honesty. Also my mom. She’s an elementary teacher who taught me endless patience and it’s benefited me in so many situations.

Q: Where are you from?
A: Born in Canada, raised in Florida
Q: How/when did you start working in restaurants?
A: Got a dishwashing job at Yellowstone national park, got promoted to line cook, and the Sous chef after a season and a half.
Q: What's your favorite restaurant?
A: Don’t know if I have one, I really like eating at home. My wife is an amazing chef in her own right
Q: If we went to Happy Hour what would you order?
A: Shot of whiskey, IPA, and if they have it, a fried chicken sando
Q: Do you have a favorite hobby?
A: I am a video gamer.
Q: What kind of pets do you have, if any? What are their names?
A: Two Russian tortoises, Borris and Katya.

Q: Where are you from?
A: Westlake Village, CA
Q: How/when did you start working in restaurants?
A: As a struggling musician, I worked part-time at a pizza slice spot in Queens, NY.
Q: What's your favorite food?
A: Street tacos all day everyday.
Q: What's your favorite restaurant?
A: Majordomo in Los Angeles. The Whole Plate Short Rib (only available through pre-order) was a standout and the rice they make with the leftover rib meat was unforgettable.
Q: What pets do you have, if any? What are their names?
A: I have two French Bulldogs, Humphrey and Chloe.
