Dolly Olive centers around Southern Mediterranean ingredients and flavors, with an emphasis on an in house bakery program, elegantly simple vegetable offerings and fresh made pastas.

No corners are cut at Dolly Olive. Much of the menu is either handcrafted with care onsite or imported directly from the Mediterranean shores.

The beverage program is equal parts playful and precise with an emphasis on Italian wine, bitter Italian sodas, digestivo, craft cocktails, and a large selection of nonalcoholic options.
